SL24 supports young people throughout Delaware by creating welcoming, supportive environments where they can connect with others, access resources, and prioritize their mental health. Through Sean’s House Newark, Sean’s House Sussex, and Sean’s Rooms, SL24 provides spaces intentionally designed to be both safe, free from judgment and stigma, and brave, where young people are encouraged to have honest, open conversations about their mental health.

At the heart of these spaces is the power of peer-to-peer connection. By bringing young people together in an environment built on understanding and compassion, SL24 helps youth build meaningful support networks, develop the confidence to ask for help, and recognize their ability to support others. These connections help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health while fostering resilience, belonging, and a culture where asking for support is encouraged.

Through Sean’s House and Sean’s Rooms, SL24 continues to expand access to connection and support, ensuring that more young people have a place where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to take care of their mental health.
